So do many others, and yet when the RFC is impractical, a more practical
alternative is implemented.
I did not see RFC 5280 in the list of the implemented/supported standards. (Yes I know, theoretically 5280 obsoletes and supersedes 3280 and 4630, but support of it isn’t claimed…)
