Is authorized_keys2 read in Openssh version 4/5.x?

UTSL or just RTFM, both contain the answer (I just checked
in OpenSSH 7.2, and the answer is clearly visible in both
source and documentation).

(For the OpenSSH 7.2 source I checked, the answer seems to
be yes).
