Reg. SHA512WithRSAEncryption support in TLSv1.0

Hello,
I use a server certificate that is signed by the CA with
SHA512WithRSAEncryption as the signature-algorithm. During the TLS
communication, my client is not able to verify the server certificate, and
in the wireshark trace, i can see the error "Decrypt Error".
Does it mean that my client does not support SHA512 ?

I use TLSv1.0.
Could someone please let me know, if SHA512 is not supported by TLSv1.0 ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Sanjaya Joshi
