BEAST and SSL_OP_DONT_INSERT_EMPTY_FRAGMENTS

Does this mean, since the 'no insert fragments' is part of SSL_OP_ALL, that
OpenSSL is BEAST-proof since some time regarding it's use of TLS 1.0 and SSL
3.0 ?
