Hi OpenSSH team, I have some candidate changes to support OpenSSH on HPE NonStop ia64 and x86. Currently this is off the 8.8 code base. The port is not 100% because some capabilities are not available because of platform architecture issues, including ssh-agent and proxycommand do not work correctly in the test suite but the code is actually functional for most crucial operations including sftp, ssh, and ssh-keygen. Would the preferred delivery method be using a Pull Request at GitHub or sending patches here - if the contribution is desired at all. Otherwise, we can wait for the 8.9 code base. The PR would be a work in progress needing some advice/help from the team on some of the issues we encountered. A big issue is that while the POSIX APIs are generally available, the super user is 65535 instead of 0 and super group is 255 instead of 0, so I had to account for that, and I think I have all of the instances. I will happily contribute this and the required configure instructions in README.platform, if this stuff is desirable.
