this is the OpenSSH dev mailing list.  there is no qualifier that this
is only for the downstream portable and changes aren't accepted via it.

The openssh-unix-dev list (openssh-unix-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx) is for the discussions
relating to the development of both the portable and OpenBSD version of OpenSSH.

If nothing looks like it addresses your problem, then use Bugzilla to submit a
bug report (but see below for reporting security bugs privately).

that does not seem to be the MO for patches posted here.

it's not like i have commit access to either repository, or any real way
of building+verifying the OpenBSD source repo.
