I added the most wanted source port feature to ssh/scp/sftp. Here is the pull request on openssh-portable the same patch should be applied to the main source of openssh because is stupid and quaint to use proxycommand and nc/ncat/socat to have a functionality that can be implemented with a few lines of code as I just did.
