S/Key

Hi,

Is anyone still using S/Key? I just realised that we still included
dedicated support for it.

I'd like to remove it because 1) it's largely been superseded by new
challenge systems like OATH and 2) Most people can get it via PAM or
BSD auth without us needing to carry independant support.

Anyone?
