You are using HostBased authentication to the host? It is not enabled by default. You added to your ssh_config HostbasedAuthentication yes?
From which version did you update?
debug2: we did not send a packet, disable method
Probably you are authenticating using different method since this one fails. Or did you authenticate using this one before?
