Proxies over openconnect on macOS

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I'm having trouble configuring a proxy for use with openconnect. I
can join my VPN fine, which steals all routes so corporate sites are
available normally but the greater Internet requires a proxy.

In the macOS network settings no matter if I set the http proxy, or a
SOCKS proxy, or the autoconfig URL, Safari will always try to connect
directly and timeout.

I can see this in Wireshark, where the traffic over utun2 is a
constant stream of TCP retransmissions.

Is there some trick to configuring a macOS proxy so that it is used
for VPN connections? Or am I just doing something wrong?

Thanks,
Ross
