Dear OpenConnect Devs: We are using OpenConnect client v7.0.7 in RHEL 6.9 x64 to establish a tunnel to a partner's Cisco 5520. They shutdown their DC in Florida because of hurricane Irma, and now that they are up again we see the connection is flapping wildly.
