How to limit the bandwidth of ocserv?

In the ocserv.conf file, you can enable the rights restrictions
setting, but the default file parameters are global, and that you can
set up a single user. Will a single user settings how to fill in the
parameters, can provide a standard template?

After removing the bandwidth limit comments, there is no effect of
limiting bandwidth. The program also has the bandwidth to be set
according to the parameters set in the configuration file.

The ocserv.conf bandwidth limit parameters are as follows

# Unset to enable bandwidth restrictions (in bytes/sec). The
# setting here is global, but can also be set per user or per group.
rx-data-per-sec = 768000
tx-data-per-sec = 768000

Is this set right? Do you need other settings?
