I've just pushed fixes to gnome-shell (gnome-3-20 and master), and to NetworkManager-openconnect, to support basic Juniper operation. You can't add and configure it from the GUI (see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/767197 for that) but you can do it with nmcli and gnome-shell *will* at least spawn the auth-dialog for you. I haven't tested an actual connection; I don't currently have a Juniper service I can connect to.
