There's a --dump-http-traffic which will dump *everything* (including
cookies; be careful). Although Pavel was already using that where
necessary.

My understanding was that when he connects with the fake Host Checker,
he is successfully connected for a while... and then the server kicks
him off when the Host Checker doesn't keep responding as it expects.
There's nothing more to see here (except perhaps sniffing what the real
Host Checker would be doing, and simulating that).


Alternatively, he *failed* to connect with OpenConnect itself because
of the unhandled frm_142 as shown in his message of December 14th
(11:14:50 UTC).?

I *really* want to add a facility for OpenConnect just to spawn a real
HTML renderer. In the NetworkManager incarnation that should be fairly
simple.
