STATS_BYTES_IN and STATS_BYTES_OUT counter not work in ocserv 0.10.x?

hi All,

I upgraded ocserv server to 0.10.1, but found STATS_BYTES_IN and
STATS_BYTES_OUT counter in the disconnect script don't work, the
counter's value is always 0.

BTW: the same disconnect script can work in 0.9.x.
