Don't do that. I'd suggest to install Fedora's ocserv package and base
your configuration file Fedora's ocserv config (and adjust it for any
0.3.0 options).

> src/ocserv -f -c src/sample.config

You don't quote any error so my guess is that ocserv works and you
have issues connecting to it? Did you open the port that ocserv uses
from the firewall?
