How to route all traffic through VPN gateway?

Hi,

I have set up the ocserv so that Openconnect clients can establish VPN 
connection with the server. I'm new to routing, can anyone tell me how 
should set the route being pushed to the clients so that all traffic 
from the client goes through the VPN gateway? Thanks.
