pt_BR translation for Openconnect

Hi there,

I translated OpenConnect for Brazilian Portuguese and used it as base
to translate network-manager-openconnect in Gnome translation system
[1], which is already in Gnome's GIT repository. I would be glad to
see this translation go to Openconnect's Git repository as well.

Having that said, how can I make this translation available?
