I always thought the QuickVPN was different from the SSL VPN on
"Enterprise" devices. i.e different from AnyConnect/openconnect.

Does Cisco AnyConnect work on Windows?

As a workaround, from what I could find online, you may be able to use
pptp instead, if it was enabled on the router.
