Right, it's waiting for the CSD trojan to run. Look in ~/.cisco and find the logs, and work out what happened to it. It may well have crashed; it often does. You would probably do best to watch what it's posting to the server if you can get it to run successfully, then use the variant from trojans/csd-post.sh in the OpenConnect repository to just post results instead.
