xrandr --output eDP-1 --set "scaling mode" "Full" fix the issue. When I use "Full" scaling, resolution switch properly, "720x400" killing Xserver. Same as: xrandr --output eDP-1 --set "scaling mode" "Full aspect" Working fine, but scaling properly with black box around.
