The same problem on Ubuntu 18.10, kernel 4.18.0-13.
I've got 4x GPU: GTX 1080 Ti (3-Way SLI Connector), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
graphics card with 3584 cores.

The system got freeze (no mouse or keyboard reaction), however kernel reacted
