Posting to moderated groups

 Hi , I am using nntpcache-1.0.7.1.
 I was wondering whether nntpcache supports posting to
 moderated groups and how does it do it ?

 We are using nntpcache in a very simple configuration
 (leave node from ISP who has a newsfeed).
 Our users claim that they can not post to moderated groups.

 Are special setups necessary ?
