Hmmm.. yeah I had a play with uqwk a while ago.  It works okay but
unfortunately he already has lots of users getting news via uucp which uqwk
wouldn't do (unless I misunderstand somewhere).

Hmm... that sounds promising.  Any idea at all what is was called or where
you heard of it?
