These damned forgiving news readers make bug testing hard ;)

The fix is a simple matter of replacing two:

         emitrn (NNTP_OVERVIEW_FOLLOWS);

with 

         emitrn (xhdr? NNTP_HEAD_FOLLOWS: NNTP_OVERVIEW_FOLLOWS);

in xover.c
