This seems to be a feature of version 2.4 and higher and if you look in the nntpcache.servers-dist you will see an example. If you do not see it in there then I would guess you build does not support it. Having said all that, you define it like other proxy definitions: user:pass@news.yourserver.com ..... etc Good luck.
