-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hey Julian; > > > Are sites that are secured via username/password access able to > > > be included in an nntpcache.servers file? > Yes. Marvellous :) Any ideas on what the format would be? I mean, I can chuck the site in there, but I'm not sure as to how to feed a username and password into the combination. The package I downloaded didn't appear to have challenge authentication examples in the nntpcache.servers-dist file. As an aside, nntpcache is _damn_ fast. We're testing it on a machine that's a lowly P150, 192Mb RAM, and the bottleneck is router, everytime. We're getting greedy with binaries groups and multiple servers, and it just loves it.
