Yeah, I had to comment out the PAM stuff to get it to build under FreeBSD
4.0...

Methinks nntpcache isn't tested on too many platforms before rleease.

Check the authinfo_pam.ext file, make sure it has the right extern's in
it.  They were bogus for the radius authentication, so wouldn't be
surprised if they were bogus for PAM.
