I've justed installed nntpcache 2.4.0b2 on a Sun Solaris server. During installation the "make install" terminated with an error due to an invalid (from the Sun point of view :-) chown syntax. The original syntax in unixauth/makefile is "chown user.group ...", the correct (Sun) syntax is "chown user:group ...". Fixed manually and the installation went fine. Regards, Michael Siebke
