Hello, NNTPCache uses! I've downloaded wth .rpm version of nntpcache-2.3.3, installed it. My platform is: intel P200MMX OS: Red Hat Linux release 6.0 Kernel 2.2.10 The nntpcache.config I left without any modifications. My nntpchsche.access file: * * read,post My nntpcache.servers file: news.alfacom.net. DEFAULT 24h 4d 4d 30m 60d 60d %BeginGroups * news.alfacom.net. When I start the nntpcached, the update process is began. The daemon connect to my privider (news.alfacom.net) and try to download active, active.times and etc. files. This process take a long time, but during update in my log console on each newsgruop is shown such message: listmerge() ignored news.alfacom.net->active->groupname: group not bound to this server Where "groupname" is name of the current newsgroup. After the update process is over, files active, active.times, newsgroups, owerview.fmt are absend in /usr/local/var/nntpcache directory. When i try to connect to nntpchach throught telnet, it says me follow: 503 initial server rebuild in progress (0 group complete), please try again latter. Connection closed by foreign host.
