Ever since our ISP switched to NNTPCache the service has been abominable. Only about 20% of the postings show up, chock-full newsgroups show empty and often the server is either slower than molasses or just down completely. If this design has some redeeming features, they are certainly not in evidence on our ISP. Why is this software in commercial use if it doesn't work properly (you're not Microsoft, you know! . . . or are you?). If this is the wrong place to write then forgive me and point me in the right direction. I assume that nntpcache users have a stake in the public image of the product, so maube feedback of this sort is of some use.
