LIST command

Hi,
I am using a nntpcache1.0.7.1-pathy for a nntp proxy.

  ---- servers file ----
  # host:port Interface Active Act.tim Newsgrp Group Xover Arts
  newsserver DEFAULT 0 0 0 0 0 0
  ---- servers file ----

When I make a new newsgroup in a newsserver, I can find the new newsgroup in a output of LIST command.

  ------------------------
  newsserver% ctlinnd newgroup local.test y
  Ok
  newsserver%

  client% telnet localhost nntp
  Trying 127.0.0.1...
  Connected to localhost.
  Escape character is '^]'.
200 NNTPcache server V1.0.7.1.patchy Dec 10 1997 ready (posting ok)
  list
  ......
  local.test 0 1 y
  ......
  .
  ------------------------

But I remove the newsgroup in a newsserver, I can still see that newsgroup in a output of LIST command.

  ------------------------
  newsserver% ctlinnd rmgroup local.test
  Ok
  newsserver%

  client% telnet localhost nntp
  Trying 127.0.0.1...
  Connected to localhost.
  Escape character is '^]'.
200 NNTPcache server V1.0.7.1.patchy Dec 10 1997 ready (posting ok)
  list
  ......
  local.test 0 1 y
  ......
  .
  ------------------------

Is it a bug? Fixed in Current Version?
Do I have to upgrade?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hattori
