Same way you disable anything ese....

'make menuconfig', and hit / and enter DEBUG_KERNEL. Turn off whatever
is causing it to be set.  Recursively apply until done.

Though to be honest, I don't think it will do you much good until you
figure out *why* DEBUG_KERNEL needs to be off....
