ok!! thank you guys for the responses, seeing some websites like this http://linuxinsomnia.wordpress.com/how-to-port-linux-to-a-raw-arm-board/ i thought i can manage to port Linux, yeah I am wrong. so i will follow the same as you guys!!!

It's GPL.  So you buy the board, get the initial copy of the kernel already
ported, and then do your own work from there.

Oh - and if you don't follow the terms of the GPL when you ship the product,
we'll have to hunt you down and sue you.  So make sure you have proper plans
for GPL compliance when you ship. :)
