Always use the scripts/get_maintainer.pl tool to figure out what people
to send the patches to, and what mailing list (you can drop the
linux-kernel list usually, and just stick with the subsystem list, if
the output shows one.)

If someone reviewed them, and sent that line in the review, then yes,
please add them and resend after a day or so.
