hmm, which version of yours kernel and what distribution of yours, ubuntu or RHEL?
maybe the module has some question about to runnig, hope u can provide the detail code here.
also, you can crash the dumped vmcore, and tracing the reason why it occur.

      when u insmod module,yours PC maybe dump. and u can not rmmod your module except reboot. i want to know has other ways to solution module loader error?
