for embedded linux beginners, yocto and the beagleboard xM

for those just getting into embedded linux, i've updated my wiki
page showing how to build linux using yocto for the beagleboard xM
here:

http://www.crashcourse.ca/wiki/index.php/Yocto_Project_Quick_Start

it's fairly terse -- true beginners should probably start at the
official yocto pages, http://yoctoproject.org/, but if you just need a
tested recipe to get up and running, the wiki page should do it.

feedback welcome. next up -- the pandaboard ES.
