I'm not surprised, I remember being really confused about this too
when I was reading Robert Love's book because Robert seemed to be
implying this was the case. It took me ages to work out that he meant
each thread gets its _own_ stack.

Dave's explanation is the clearest I've seen. Thanks, Dave.
