could you post the complete log somewhere?

BTW, looking at
http://lxr.linux.no/#linux+v2.6.32.46/drivers/acpi/osl.c#L1177, looks
like it is a procedure to find out potential conflict in ACPI..and
maybe, in your case, it hits hard.
