thanks, i appreciate the reference. and since i've been fairly
quiet lately, let me bring readers up to speed since there are a few
things people here might be interested in.

first, some blatant, shameless self-promotion. i've been busy
lately doing RHEL/centos basic admin training in toronto, so if you're
in the area and looking for linux training (beginner, admin, kernel
programming), let me know. and not just around toronto -- i can
probably travel depending on where. so drop me a note.

regarding my page, i assume that means my intro kernel programming
course here:

http://crashcourse.ca/introduction-linux-kernel-programming/introduction-linux-kernel-programming

i'm ashamed to admit that i still have a few more lessons left to
write for that, so there's more coming. but even for people who don't
want to subscribe, there's still a fair bit of totally free content
that you're welcome to read and test. i'm guessing it will be the
christmas holidays before i finally get the time to just sit down and
complete the last half-dozen lessons or so.

and, finally, i'm still working on my "Updates to LKD3" page
here:

http://www.crashcourse.ca/wiki/index.php/Updates_to_LKD3

which represents additions, changes or whatever to the LKD3 book since
its publication -- could be actual kernel source changes, or just
things i think should be explained in more detail. and everyone is
free to play along and send me contributions to that page.

anyway, that's about all that's happening here, so if you want to
chat, you know where to find me.
