kernel delay resolution

Hi, everyone

I'm using ATMEL9260 (180MHZ, 200MIPS) CPU.
I want to use delay kernel function below microsecond resolution.
As far as I know, nano delay function is using udelay(), so the resolution
is same as udelay().
How can I delay kernel below microsecond resolution.
Any hint will be helpful to me.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
J.Hwan Kim
