kernel boot delay

Subject: kernel boot delay

Hi dear list.
I encountered the following problem: from time to time I see a delay when booting the kernel (~30s). It doesn't happen regularly.
I would like to ask you for advice as to what may be the reason for such behavior?

Latter on I can attach kernel boot log and config.
