What you are missing is that the Intel 3945ABG is natively supported by
the kernel (I use it daily),

Agreed, I also use. :)
 
no need to use the completely unsupported
ndiswrapper.

I have some work with ndiswrapper only. I have just started from configuration. Since i don't have external other supported hardware devices, so I have choosed my laptop.
 
Just upgrade to a more recent kernel, in your case you
just have to upgrade to the latest Fedora version.



Please suggest If upgraded version have anything to work with ndiswrapper.
