Recovering Partition using linux

Hello Everyone,

I had a 60 Gb partition of type NTFS.

I accidently deleted it.

I want to recover the whole partition as recovering few files from it is not useful for me

i want to recover sda7.

Can Linux help me in any way.... dd...or raw read write... how to proceed
