By "top" you mean "top" utility? well you can't. All of them will be
seen as been running inside ksoftirqd.

BTW, how can you tell yourself that you're under softirq storm?
perhaps by simply looking at the message (are you looking at
/var/log/messages or else?) we can pretty have a good guess.
