Exception Stack on ARM 922T kernel 2.6.26

Hi All,
I am using 2.6.26.3 kernel on ARM922T.
 
Can any one help me understanding how to solve "Exception stack" occurring when interrupt is triggered from the hardware. Here is the log given below.
Due to this problem interrupt is some how hangs some times and some times it comes correctly.
Kindly check if my understanding is correct.
