Just checked. It's not in LDD1. The example got introduced in LDD2:

where it's not actually an identity mapping. Someone probably just updated the output for LDD3, and probably went "ah, damnit!" on seeing the identity and then deciding it would do anyway :-)

But I'll try to remember it if a 4th version is ever considered, but as
of right now, no one is talking of it.

Could very well be that the book market is the thing most negatively effected by the 2.6 developement model. No possibilities for "all new, covers 2.8!" blurp on cover...
