Was it working with a previous version of the kernel ? First, I would suggest to try the latest 2.6.25-rc, and see if the problem still exists. With that information, report a bug to linux-acpi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, mentionning the kernel versions with which your machine is working, the kernel versions with which it doesn't work, the model of your motherboard and the kernel configuration file.
