See the usb.org specs for a full list of these types.

These are the larger HID type of devices (Human Interface Devices),
which also includes such things as joysticks, barcode scanners and
scales as well as foot pedals.

These are the same as well.

There is no spec for this type, sorry.

There is finally a spec for this type of device, the driver should be in
soon.
