Thank your response. I try to run depmod, the problem is same.
The situation is that the kernel is re-compile with some wireless config on, other is same.
The all fs are compiled with static, and initrd img is placed rightly.
The error message is below:
Starting up....
Uncompressing Linux ....OK
Loading, please wait......

FATAL: Could not open /lib/modules/xxx/modules.dep.temp for writing: no such file or directory.

Could you explain in detail, what exactly the error messages you read?
I hardly understand your problem ... to be honest. And what exactly
did you do so came to that situation?

maybe it's just a matter of re-running depmod?
